Bruce Shrock is a seasoned IT professional with over 20 years of extensive experience in cloud migration strategies, automated deployment, and system architecture and over 40 years in the computer industry. 

Bruce has been instrumental in implementing enterprise-level solutions, ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and seamless provisioning within cloud and data center environments throughout the Federal and Commercial markets.

Bruce's leadership style emphasizes operational efficiency, continuous improvement, and fostering collaboration across teams. His commitment to staying ahead in the rapidly evolving tech landscape is reflected in his dedication to learning and adapting cutting-edge technologies.

With a solid track record across multiple organizations, Bruce has demonstrated expertise in leading high-stakes projects, from directing data center operations and disaster recovery planning at Monster Government Solutions, modernizing federal government and designing and deploying international energy company server infrastructure. His skill set spans data center virtualization, application rationalization, system automation, VMware, server operations, and storage area networks. He has extensive experience with information compliance and federal security protocols.

Brandon Taylor is the founder of Vertex IT Experts.

He brings extensive expertise in software, IT services, security, and contracting, with a strong background in federal government contracts, industry transformation, cloud deployment, and the execution of development, modernization, and enhancement (DME) IT initiatives.

With over two decades of federal government experience, Brandon has held key management roles at the Department of Defense (DoD) and the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). Earlier in his career, he led enterprise-level transformations, spearheading cloud and cybersecurity initiatives with outstanding leadership and consistent Return of Investment (ROI) accountability.

Brandon holds a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems and Security Administration and dual master’s degrees in Systems Engineering and Homeland Security Emergency Preparedness and Response from The George Washington University in Washington, DC, USA.

Stan Firstov is a technology leader with deep expertise in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise modernization.

With over two decades of experience, he has led enterprise IT initiatives, specializing in infrastructure engineering, security architecture, and cloud transformation. His work has spanned both federal and commercial sectors, where he has driven efficiency, enhanced security, and optimized IT operations for complex organizations.

Stan has held key leadership roles in the Federal government sector, where he oversaw major technology initiatives, including enterprise security enhancements, network modernization, and cloud adoption. He has led IT transformation efforts, spearheading secure access solutions and enterprise-scale modernization projects with a focus on innovation and operational resilience.

Stan holds a master’s degree in Electromechanical Engineering from Bauman Moscow State Technical University.
